DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS

The Physics Department is one of the Institution's most significant departments.  The department strives to contribute to the industry and society through innovation and research competence.  The Department of Physics participates in offering the undergraduate programme that emphasises careers in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science.

Objectives:

The undergraduate program in Physics prepares graduates to be competitive in postgraduate programs or for employment in academia, industry and government.  Physics graduates can pursue highly rewarding careers in education, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, health care, energy, telecommunications, information technology and finance sectors.
